I’m rachel
I’m a coastal girl from Wollongong with a camera in my hand and three little boys who taught me just how quickly seasons change.
Motherhood showed me the magic in the in-between moments — the ones you don’t realise are important until they’re already memories — and that’s where my love for storytelling truly began.
Over the last eight years, photography has become more than my job.
It’s my way of honouring the quiet, unposed, beautifully human pieces of people’s lives.
The soft hands. The shaky vows. The wild giggles. The warmth of being held by someone who knows you deeply.
My work is cinematic, honest and a little nostalgic - the kind of imagery that feels like a scene from the movie of your life. I use gentle direction, a documentary eye and a whole lot of heart to capture your story exactly as it felt.
Whether I’m photographing a wedding, an intimate elopement on the coastline, or a slow afternoon with your family… my intention is always the same:
to create photographs that feel like home.

Every couple, every family, every story I get to witness reminds me why I do this. There’s always a new moment that catches me off guard - a laugh, a touch, a look - and I fall in love with photography all over again.
